| i exercise regularly. 5times for most per week. i run alot, less of carrying weights to build muscle. just want to tone up my body, body with less fats, only muscle. i admire those people who "look" like they have more muscles less fats. What kind of food should i take per day? so to maintain my weight or reduce more fats. |

| u should avoid to much sugars (carbohydrates) eat lots of fruit and vegs - chicken, turkey and fishvisualisation and role-models are very usefull - u might check this out www.slimover40.blogspot.com - it talks also about motivation and how to remain motivated anyway.....about the food u should not be restrictive with the amount - but be very focused on the quality u should also keep in mind that good chewing of the food is alfa-omega if u wanna be in good shape and healthy form |
