moy mom is 38 and needs to loose 40 pounds in seven months any ideas she doesn't want to use any body cleansers or diet pills. Oh yea don't answer these question like I am twelve I am ninteen!!! So anyways tips and websites would be really helpful!! : 0 Thanks!She doesn't eat like any junk food and is not getting Lyposuction!.She is allergic to peanuts and almonds.

Walking and drinking water. Cut out sugar and all sodas..Eat healthy.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, and one before each meal, that should help, coupled with exercise.

she needs to have a healthy breakfast every day , excerise safely, eat lots of raw salads heavy on spinach, snack on total, fruit and trail mix and completely cut out eating crap.

exercise regularly. drink lots of water. eat healthy. cut back on sugars, sodas, etc.

dont eat after 6 drink a tall glass of water before each meal use a smaller plate so that it looks like alot but it isnt its a way to trick your mind.eat plenty of vegi'sand get at least 9 hrs of sleepexercise 30 minutes a day

Eat healthy, exercise try to keep calories down around 1500 per day and very little carbs.40 lbs sounds like a lot but tell her to break it down she has 7 months so is a little less than 6 pounds per month which is not so bad when you look at it like that.Wish your mom good luck from me.

Nice that you are concerned for your mom.. I only know the diet pill are a nightmare.. Good she don't want to use those. I know she needs your support, and go exercise walk one mile a day, then two miles a day, then three miles a day. Only eat small portions of food. It's not easy, but can be done. I know for a fact, i lost that much myself. I had no support like you on my side. I got sick of myself, started waking talking to the imaginary man in the sky, and felt better, then eat less. Tell her to eat only 2000 calories per day. Also tell her to exercise for at least 30 min each day. (8 min taebo on youtube is a great way to start). No sweets, no soda. Healthy snacks only when she is hungry. (trail mix, fruit, etc). Cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch and some kind of lean meat or fish + veggies for dinner. The pounds will melt away. If you do this with her it will be so much easier.

dear mom. go vegan so pretty much sugar free, diary free and meat free. ive been on a vegan diet for 3 weeks now (eating as much as i would normally) and i lost 15 lbs (mind you i'm already in good shape so it's harder for me to lose weight) sugar is a major deal, its the #1 cause we produce fat cells. eliminate sugar and ull see the diff in days. if u can, go to the local bookstore and purchase a copy of "skinny bitch" it will change the way u look at food and you will lose ur 40 lbs prob in less than 7 months. also, exercise, simple speedwalking or jogging will do the trick, or even just walk up the stairs everyday. anything physical activity helps, good luck!
