|
|
| Is it necessary to excercise only after waking up from a well rested sleep? If I'm awake the whole night and I wanna excercise/run/jog, can I? Would it still do its work? Or would it be no use?And what if I make it a routine? |

| You can exercise anytime. But you will find you will have more energy if you get some sleep.Sleep is vital to your body! Your body will function more efficiently with sleep and exercise together. Exercise will do its work whether you are tired or not. Don't make it routine not to get sleep! |
