| I am currently 20 Years old 5'8 174 pounds. I'd like to get down to 160-155 by my 21st birthday which is in February and it is currently December. I have lost a total of 58 pounds in a little over a year and half. Right now I run on sunday, monday, wednesday, friday and saturday. 3-5 miles. I do weight exercises on tuesday thursday and saturday. I lose an average of 2 pounds a week. I really enjoy running and would like to stick with it but is there any other exercises I could rotate with so I don't get bored with it? I find somedays I'm not as motivated to run. thanks for the help! |

| swimI run lots and find that after a while my joints start to hurt (I'm also in my 30's so I bit older than you) and I find swimming is a good all over workout that helps strengthen my joints for running. |
