I dont eat junk food. I don't drink soda just tea and water. I currently weight 153, 5'6, and 27 years old. I currently run for 15 mins. 5 days a week, walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week, and do 200 sit-ups a day. I just started this Monday, Dec. 3, 2007. What else can I do to lose 3 pounds in one week.

only eat fruits and Vegi's for a week, and only drink water.

That's a lot of weight... first try for 1 or 2 pounds.... do sit ups.

weight training burns more than cardiobc it burns it all dayeat more and drink more watertry caffiende or ephedra, tooyoull lose more than 3 Wink

Sweat it off. It's generally not a healthy idea, but keep up your healthy diet. I hear that wearing a suit that doesn't breathe well will help you sweat more when you're doing your running and exercise, and you end up dropping a lot of water weight. Do you have access to a sauna?

To lose calories you either have to burn them off, or not take them in. You are exercising in what seems a fairly obsessive way, so you need to eat fewer calories - simple really.

Cutting out starch and sugar also helps. Also, there is something called a lemonaid diet you can checkout online.

drink water and a lot of it. Eat no starches. Try green salads for lunch and dinner. Use low fat dressings. Meat, chicken, turkey are ok in moderation. Good luck I hope its five.
