I have a plan to slim my butt because my muscles are too bulky there and I would like to slim them down. I am a pretty decent runner so I was thinking of getting into some long distance running. I was just wondering if this is a practical thing to do and if it will work. I also play soccer and I was wondering if me playing soccer would just counteract the butt slimming distance running I am doing. Also if anyone knows of any foods to eat that would help me slim my butt muscles down, or any stretches that can help lengthen my butt/leg muscles that would be a great help also. Any answers are appreciated as always thanks for the help in advance.also if anyone knows how far I should run daily to get my results and I what speed that would be a major help, or if anyone has any suggestions on what speed to run at is awesome too.

If this is truly a muscle issue, then running isn't going to slim your butt, unless you burn far more calories than you eat and cut your protein (which is not healthy because protein is used in nearly every body function and hormone production). You would just have to let your muscle work so little that it "shrinks." Soccer will definitely hinder this, as it works the muscle a lot.If the issue is actually fat, then of course running will help. Run 20-45 minutes 4-6 days a week. Run hard enough that you are sweating by 5 minutes in to it, and don't slow down to a point where you are not sweating until your cool down.Generally, eat low fat, high fiber foods and lean protein.
