im a guyIm 149 lbs (n i'm probably gonna gain 5 pounds over the next month, cause i get to go home for winter break n eat real food)I used to be 187 lbs a year and a half ago, by eating healthy n working out for 15 out of the 18 months.I have a cut chest and i have absolutely no abs( n i do crunches all the time)People call me to skinny now. n i have barely run at all.I want to get bigger but still be able to get a six-pack.

Get a personal trainer. Try to research them and get a good one. They will be able to show you some exercises but also check your posture to ensure you do not hurt yourself. We can give you as much exercises as you want but if you do it wrong then you will not benefit. Also there are exercises on bodybuilding websites as well as books. In person is the best way.
