I have worked really hard and lost 11 pounds. And I am close to my target weight. I am doing strength 3 times a week, running, spinning, 4-5 times a week. And eating super healthy 6 times a week. Pilates once or twice a week. Now what should to lose last 6 pounds???

Trade one of your strength days for a cardio day, and you should lose the weight in no time.

What you're doing now is great, and best of all it's still healthy. Try running every night, and each night try and run a bit further than the night before, as running gives you endurance, and more endurance means the longer you can run for. Continue to eat healthily and also try stretching as it's good to lose weight and also makes you flexible. Good luck x x x

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. You can go to http://www.easy-fit.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

Congratulations on your loss so far! You must feel great. I personally wouldn't cut out any strength training, because while you might lose a couple pounds from doing that, your muscle woud stop building and you might lose some of it, not fat. Why do you want muscle? Muscle requires constant burning of calories, even when you're at rest, and having a good buildup of it when you reach goal will help you maintain, which can be as hard as losing itself. How "un-healthy" is the one day a week you don't eat "super healthy"? While this plan seemed to work for you so far, in order to speed up weight loss, you might want to make all days "healthy days" and have a little treat or drink once a week. Of course, this is entirely up to you, since your plan seemed to be working, just my two cents. Certain foods like grapefruit and pineapple encourage the body to burn fat. You might consider one of those for an afternoon snack or with a meal. Consuming green tea before meals lowers the fat your body stores, and sipping before exercise increases metabolism, and thus the amount your body burns. Have a cup of hot water with some lemon juice in it when you get up in the morning. Lemon works as a detox, and will clean any impurities from your system, which can weigh quite a bit.Last but not least, I know this sounds disgusting, but it's really not bad at all. Take about six leaves of romaine lettace and place in the blender with two cups of water. Blend, blend, blend, until the mixture is smooth. Drink. When you simply eat a stalk of lettace, your body can't get to nearly all the nutrients in it. When it is blended into a liquid, however, it is broken open and the nutrients are readily available. This can be the equivalent of eating 40 salads! And, this also cleanses your body and enables you to use up to a few pounds in just a couple of days! Plus, you get in several servings of veggies in one drink, which is very good for you.Good luck and keep up the good work!

Wow, your work had paid off! Only 6 pounds to go...keep doing what you are already doing and don't even think about rushing this progress. Some years ago -many years ago; I did this and wound up with a more serious problem than losing weight and I wasn't unhappy with my 132 lbs but my husband was, thought I was getting fat. So I dieted carefully and slowly and over 5 months I was at 112 lbs and my husband was very happy. But you see after that slow process and conditioning to lose weight I continued to lose until I was down to 90 lbs - well now - I would deny in a second that I was anorexic - it was a matter of pleasing my husband. It only took one breakfast at the Eden Roc in Florida to look at the food and then watching my voluptuos girlfriend & husband having mimosas together to realize this had nothing to do with my weight - it was about control. What a magnificent breakfast (hadn't really eaten in months) but is was 2 tiny danish pastries & a pot of tea with sugar & milk - I was in heaven! I'm still there. He divorced me and married my friend - 30 years later they are still together and she is still thin (he was getting really heavy at 30 yrs old & now he is really heavy -big - but he does carry a lot of life insurance and that might keep her thin since she is 12 years younger - I hope she loves him still- don't know whether she eats or not but then like racehorses it's said you can't fatten a thoroughbred - unfortunately she conveniently forgot her two daughters just about the same time he forgot his 3 sons & 1 daughter. Well, you will lose those 6 pounds but you have only one life to live so enjoy it whether it's 2 lbs or 30 lbs. Just keep in mind why you are doing it & enjoy yourself!
