i run 45-60 minutes everyday.i eat about 900-1200 calories daily.i drink lots of water and barley any soda.i dont take diet pills and dont plan on it. should i run more???eat less??i weight about 145 ; im 5 foot 5. (am i really that fat?) i wear a size nine in pants.i want to weight about 115-120.should i be able to lose the rest by june?(jeez i have to many questions)help if you can please.and thank you.im 16,im vegetarian. so the veggies isnt the problem.

it depends on how old you are. you can lose easier with younger age. just eat more veggies.

You are in the perfect plan keep going and by june you will be slim and lean and with a tonified body. I think before June. Congratulations.

your diet seems really good. you are not fat! your about average. don't worry. i mean, im 5'6 and weigh 140lbs. i dont know how you're a size 9 though. im a size 4/5. but whatever. if you lost 1lbs a week, you could loose about 24 lbs by june. if you lost 2lbs you could loose 48lbs (but don't do that, you'll be way to skinny... eww). you should definitely be able to get down to 115lbs by june. good luck!

Your running will kick start your metabolism. Meaning you can eat more and still loose weight. Plus your muscles will firm so you'll look slimer.A thousand calories a day is a strict diet. Too strict.It is hard to get all your vitamins and minerals on a restricted diet, so take vitamins. Plus you need energy to run. Perhaps, every other day you should eat more food. ( 1,500 cal) You will attain your goal weight by June. Probably alot sooner. Keep up the good work.
