It is but it's a complete waste of money. You are just buying sugar or caffeine pills. The pharmacists I used to work with never recommended them. It's a waste of money.

Not healthy. Ask a dietician. You are still developing and need certain nutrients for your development up to age 18. Also ask your doctor.

It's not good for a young heart. It speeds up the heart and increases blood pressure. However, I was a hardcore coffee drinker from about 13-onward, so I don't have much room to criticize. Don't overdo it. You probably will get headaches if you stop using them after using them for a couple of weeks. Try an apple to wake you up in the morning - works better than coffee, actually!

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at http://www.diet-happy.us , they give you a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.

At age 18 you need something to take for energy? Gee I hate to see what happens to you when you grow older, at your age you should have all the energy you need, just get out their and dance or walk or rollerblade or play some sport that interests you, just move it and you'll lose weight and have all the energy that an 18 year old should have. Just do it.

It's very unhealthy and they do not work for anything. I believe I was 13 when I first started experimenting with diet pills and eventually developed a terrible eating disorder. I was cranky all of the time and could never fall asleep before 4am. Basically, all diet pills are fake unless they are prescribed by your doctor. You name it, I have tried it, it all turns out the same way -- you don't lose weight if you don't diet and exercise, but you do lose weight if you are active and eating healthy. With or without the pills, it doesn't change anything. Weight loss isn't accelerated at all with Stackers. If you feel like you need a boost in certain areas, you should check out the herbal section in department stores. Don't go for anything that says it is specifically for weight loss -- look for things like B6, which naturally boosts the metabolism in the morning. Do your vitamin research -- vitamins have worked for me 100% of the time for me, whereas everything else left me feeling like crap.
