Well I've gained 7 pounds and I wanna lose it I weigh 151 now and I wanna weigh 130 what's a fast way to lose weight and get motivated to exercise and eat right? I've already lost so much but I guess I went off track. :[Please seriously help me and don't say do crack or don't eat, I'm very serious about this.I used to lose a pound a day have any ideas how I can do it again, without running?Yea, I don't go to McDonalds. -_-I can't join anything. :[

you don't have a lot to lose, but you don't want to lose it "fast." you need to do it in a healthy way. I had trouble getting motivated, too. I gained and lost weight over and over. but then I finally joined Weight Watchers. the meetings are very motivating and it's not just a diet....it's a healthy eating lifestyle. I don't run, either. But I do walk regularly.

I lost a lot of weight and inches by taking herbs. I would get the the ones for example for my stomach, thighs, hips, also kelp is good for your hips, licorice root is very good, it stops you from wanting sweets. If you go to a good "herb" store (not GNC), they can lead you in the right direction. In about 9 months I went from a size 16 to a 3.
