My diet plan is to eat round 3 Fruits aday. And drink lots of water every day, and to do lots of cardio a day and a hard work out every single day for 3 months. I will be taking greentea weight lost pills. If i do not die is it possible to loose 60 pounds in 3 months. ??? thanks.

its better for you to exercise every other day instead of every single day because your body will get tired out. don't force yourself to eat 3 fruits per day, just cut back on all fast food and junk food and focus on healthy things. try going to sparkteens.com because they will give you a meal and exercise plan and its a really good site.

YOu should limit your Fat Intake. It is a challenge to keep track of this, but you'll need to do it. If you truly watch this one factor, you'd be surprised at how much you eat that turns directly into fat in your body. My guess is that you need about 50 grams a day to lose weight, but look up the recommened fat grams, for your weight, on the internet. 2nd recommendation: Pick up an heart motivating activity even if it is aerobic walking. I'd so "NO" to the 60 lbs in three months. Go more for 20 and be proud of yourself. It will take ALOT of work to only burn off 20 lbs.

3 fruits? that's it? That's so totally wrong for your. You need to balance your protein/carb ratio or you'll be NUTS without the proper carbohydrates. How will you sustain hard workouts and cardio on 3 fruits? I'd say just watch your calorie intake and expend more than you eat. There is nothing wrong with having 3 balanced meals and snacks in between each meal every day. Your body will not lose weight and keep it off if you do that kind of diet. I think you could lose 60lbs in 3 months eating right and exercising. Men have an easier time losing weight than women. Watch the Biggest Loser. It's interesting. My main concern is 200-60 is 140lbs. That's just anorexic looking for a 5'9" man. I weight that and I'm a 5'8 woman. Is there some reason you want to be so small?Good luck!

You do not want to lose that much weight that quickly as it will set your body into "starvation mode", and you will not only lose muscle mass, but probably not have enough energy to keep up with your cardio. After the first week where you will lose water weight, you should look to lose about 2-3 pounds per week by cutting down your caloric intake to 2000 per day. If you combine a balanced diet including fruit, whole grains, and lean protein with light weight training and a half hour to 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week, you will lose weight in a way that will help you keep it off.It is more about lifestyle changes that a 3 month fix. Try to educate yourself about nutrition and excercise. You will learn to substitute things in your diet like whole grain bread for white, and fruit for desert. Your brain is the most important muscle in the battle of the buldge...Good luck!

Sixty pounds in three months is very ambitious and probably not very safe. If you want to lose weight, though, let me suggest this: develop habits you can live with. Weight loss is 80 percent diet and 20 percent exercise. Avoid high glycemic foods. I'm not suggesting Atkins, bec thats just crazy, but use common sense. Avoid red meat, lots of breads, potatoes, fast food and fried foods. Work out with heavy weights three times a week, that'll help you take the gut off and the toning will be visually appealing to you and will keep you motivated. Fruit never worked for me bec of the high sugar content..I was hungry too soon. Eat like a rabbit. Stuff yourself with vegetables and lean meats, and NO SUGAR.

Check this out: I was 200 lbs, 5'9", 22 years old. That was 200 lbs. 3 months ago. I saw a superb dietician. Not let me tell, being that you are in High School (assuming) by your age, you are at a great age to lose a lot of weight, in a very healthy weight. High School can be a dramatic time for guy especially when trying to fit in to certain groups. This is what you need to do. Assuming you do not have any health problems, try this:1) Be Determined! Be Realistic! Be Safe!2) Most cafeterias these days, really serve a lot of junk food but typically add a fruit.3) Stay away from sugar and caffeinated products, IE sodas, candy, cakes, sweets. If you use these foods for energy try and fruit such as an apple, orange, etc.4) Remember, eating right, will only lose weight. When you lose weight, you want to be tight and tone, otherwise you'll be really flabby. So pick something you enjoy doing that involves some anaerobic exerise. Basketball, baseball, walking (I have little hill behind myself, and I walk up and down 3 sets and 5 repitions). Thing is do something you enjoy not something that's going to piss you off!5) Drink a lot of water or Crystal light (really something with low sugar). Honestly, I hate water. People ask me what's wrong with it, and I tell them it doesn't taste like anything. Crystal light is an excellent substitute.6) Let your family know you are trying lose weight if you feel comfortable, especially the one that cooks for you and tell them how important this is to you to lose weight.7) Something that I did every once in awhile. Treat yourself, yes, once in awhile (once every two weeks) with your favorite dish whether healthy or not. Oops, did I just say that. Yes! Let me tell you why. You are going to begin a diet and your body will get used to it. Once you start this diet for about 3 weeks and try to eat junk your body will reject and in some cases it will gross you out. This really worked for me, but if you catch yourself liking it, stay away!!!Cool Before you go to bed do 20 sit up every night, at 3-5 reps. Then take a shower, drink a glass of water, and eat a fruit (anything that you like). The reason I say to do this is because when you take a shower, assuming you use hot water, hot water relaxes your muscles naturally. when you get out you are relaxed, then you allow water into your system to help restore energy lost, and finally replace good energy by eating a fruit (or vegetable). Getting enough rest is KEY to dieting. between 7-9 hours, no more/no less.9) Lastly, remember that your social life, physical health, family, friends, and are a reason why you should become healthy. Diabetes is very common in my family, and unfortunately cancer is becoming known. I'm 22 years old and I feel great.10) Be dedicated! Computers, Television, school, other activities, are an easy reason to avoid your diet. Don't let it become a reason for you to skip. And remember, like your diet. it's a pain to not enjoy dieting. So, I am 22 years old and Iost 25 lbs. in 3 months. that put me at 175 lbs. As I continued to diet I got down to 155 lbs, but I started to weight lift without supplements. I kept with the diet and begin to gain wait again, kind of worried. well my dietician told me that because I working out my fat (flab) starting turing into muscle, and yes muscle does weigh more than fat. It's great and it has been fun. Hardest part: once you have gone to your desired weight/look, remember you have to continue to exercise to keep the look.
