Diet is key. There's plenty more people out there who know more about that. Get working mans job! I'm still out Landscaping at 45 and despite warnings from the Doc about my bad back, I'm fit and am very healthy and have little back pain.

If not they you can quite no question ask. It is rare to see that kind of promise these days. If you do not want to loss weight then it doesn't apply to you. Try a new diet, where you eat 5 times a day but smaller meals. Exercise is the best way to lose weight find something you enjoy. Exercise will increase your energy. Also you can try an all natural diet patch.Here's my routine:GYM WORKOUTI always start a workout with a 10 minute warm-up on an rowing machine, elispe or cycle.30 minute weight program1. Chest, Shoulder, Back (Mon, Thu)2. Biceps, Triceps, Abs (Tue, Fri )3.
