Run this by your doctor first. Only he can tell you if it is dangerous.

you will lose a lot of weight provided that you have the will power and motivation to stay on that diet..obviously you know it's not healthy but you probably could do it for 3 months, i suggest taking a multi-vitamin and maybe switch one of those fruits with a veggie for some variety....good luck!

I realize you don't want to hear this, but you have to understand. If you only eat that, there is no possible way even a strong willed person could be able to exercise an hour a day. Your body will just simply not have enough to operate on.Sorry to disappoint you, try something healthier.

Fruits/vegetables alone cannot provide you with the proper amount of protein and carbohydrates needed to achieve your workout regimen. You might end up looking to more unhealthy options like caffeine, sweets, etc. It is obviously a dangerous diet and requires a great amount of will power to stick to it. You'll most likely get sick, give up, eat truckloads, and gain all the weight back plus more. This is a highly unreasonable weight loss goal.TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR/NUTRIONIST/TRAINER for the best way to lose weight.Good luck and I hope you don't die.

First of all, if you DO lose that much weight in that amount of time, you will have flabby skin everywhere....and look like a naked mole rat or something like that. Second, running 1 hour is not enough. NOT ENOUGH! Same goes with your plan with the fruits. If you eat only that much, then your body will shut down. Also, you never mentioned your height. Your weight may not be considered too heavy depending on your height. I reccomend you don't do this because even if you suceed, you won't be happy...if you don't go crazy in the first place. I reccomend that you slowly reduce your caloric intake and write down EVERYTHING you eat in a book. Read what you are eating and know portion control. Make this a lifestyle change. Look on line for daily caloric intake calculators. Be wise. Eat so your body doesn't start eating itself....you want to shrink your fat muscles...not kill yourself. Eat the minimum you can...I think for men, it is around 1500 cal? And exercise 1 to 2 hours a day. And be active for the rest of the day. Don't sit around....walk to places...pull weeds....whatever you need to do to stay active. Best of luck to you!

u do understand your body needs protein n calcium to survive, for three months it would do damage.. as in anorexia... so yes it can kill u..... n second ur body wont lose weight just from u starvin yourself that quickly... it will take EVERY LIL PIECE OF FAT IT CAN from a substance n use it... so u dont notice the damage at first until ur body runs outta fat... n once that happens ur gonna have to eat all day for 3 months just to become back healthy.. so sorry u can do it if u want to... its just another form of suicide.....

This diet is counterproductive in the long run. You will be eating too few calories, and your body will go into starvation mode and try to conserve calories. It will not end when you go off your diet. Your metabolism will be so slow, that all the weight will quickly creep back up. This is how the biochemistry of the body works.Patience is a worthy investment when dieting. Set a small, monthly goal every month. Allow yourself small portions of your favorite foods. Add some walking into your routine.
