I have not used the product myself, as I believe it to be be excessive in price, and I would not personally recommend it. The ingredients in LipoBlast are essentially mood enhancers. You could probably get similar results from 5HTP, also a mood enhancer, and often used for weight loss. I would advise utilizing a weight loss program consisting of healthy diet and regular diet together with any supplement that you decide to take.
