| Ok so my weight is around 160 and i'm 5'7. I am over weight and i really want to lose weight. I challenged my brother that i would have lost at least 30 pounds by the time i next saw him which is in 3 weeks. I am really desperate to lose weight. I cannot go join a gym or go buy weight loss pills because i'm too young for that. Other than that if you could tell me some great at home excercises than that would help tremenduously. And if you guys could also recomend how to make simple fat free foods that that would also help a lot. Thanks a bunch! |

| 3 weeks is too little for 3o pounds... Dont over do ur self with exercising. u mite faint and ur life depends on it. |

| Three weeks for 30 pounds is a little extreme. I say 30 pounds in like 3 months seem more realistic. 5'7 is a nice height for 160. But that is my opinion. |

| Odds are there is no way you can "healthily" lose 30 lbs in 21 days unless you starve and dehydrate yourself to death, which I wouldn't recommend. I would however recommend the South Beach Diet along with copious amounts of cardio first thing in the morning. Calisthenics would go well with your exercise plan too because you can't visit a gym. But I would say it is next to impossible to lose that much weight in that short of period of time without putting yourself at a major health risk. |

| My sculpture teacher told us he went on a beef jerky diet and lost 10 pounds in a week. He ate it for breakfast and lunch and ate a salad for supper. However, everyone is different. |

| Sorry to say, it's just not going to happen. And, you should not try because it's very unhealthy to try and lose weight that quickly. My suggestion eat healthy, five small meals a day, lot's of fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water and exercise daily 30 minutes or more. Good luck. |
