I started with 206,8 pounds and as a result of hard exercise and a very low calorie diet of 4 weeks, I lost 44 pounds in 2 months. Now I'm having headaches which can bother my daily work. Do you think the headaches are the result of too much weight loss in a short period, hard exercise or the very low calorie diet? Or my body can't stand with the lack of fat which it used to have? What do you think can help me recover from headaches? I really need your advice and recommendations. Thank you very much for your reply!

when you are losing weight that rapidly, you put your body in a state of acidosis. this can cause headaches. not the best way to lose weight. you will gain it back just as rapidly.

I would go see your doctor and discuss this with him/her.

Yes, I very definitely think your headaches are the result of too much weight loss in such a short period. It is impossible (and pointless) to say whether it was the hard exercise or the very low-calorie diet that is causing the headaches, because both of these contributed to your dangerously rapid weight loss.Stop doing this to yourself and go see your doctor.

Headaches are often related to low blood sugar. Given your recent weight loss, I would suspect a connection, but I don't have enough details.Only suggestion I can make is to review and perhaps modify what you're eating and when. Too much protein, not enough carbohydrates perhaps? Too long between meals?Another possibility is WHAT you're doing for exercise. Typically runners and endurance athletes develop greater capacity to store glycogen and mobilize fat reserves. If your workouts leaned heavily towards resistance exercise, you might consider going the other way.
