|
|
| This is going to sound strange, but I want to gain weight. At this time last year I weighed a good 137 lbs. I started smoking marijuana, (God only knows why I made that mistake) and I have stopped since. I smoked heavily for about a year straight. Now I am 114-117 lbs. depending on the scale I step on. I will go to my mother's house and my pants are damn near hanging off of my @ss and she looks at me with shame. I ask her what's wrong and she says "Nothing" while walking in another room with her head down. I eat like a damn mule and nothing. It took a year to get to this weight, but I can't walk around for another year, waiting to gain this weight back. The fact that I no longer live at home and can't afford to eat like I used to, due to being unemployed doesn't help much either.I am just really desperate to gain weight and I don't know what to do anymore. My metabolism is lightning fast and I don't know what to do. Any advice on products that have worked for anyone in my shoes? For some reason my arms are still muscular, therefore I do not want to take away any of my femininity by adding anymore muscle to my arms. I'm mainly focused on my leg and thigh area. Thanks for any advice. |

| try low GI foods and complex carbs which release energy slowly.. that way you'll avoid the peaks and falls of the sugar rushes... |

| first of all don't make the mistake and think that not exercising is the answer continue to exercise but beef up on your healthy fats like nuts avocados and other healthy fatty foods. i don't ever recommend over the counter weight gainer i have never met anyone it has really worked for. if you can invest in that junk you can invest in real food. good luck |

| I haven't had this problem personally, but my husband does, he just lifts weights. you could get some shakes/drinks that are high in calcium like creatin or whatever. |

| If you don't have much money, then gaining weight shouldn't be a problem. The type of food that poor people (like me) buy usually adds weight. I can't seem to gain any weight, but if I had a normal metabolism I would be pretty big. Just eat fast food all the time - in front of the tv. It works for others, so it should work for you! |
