I am a 14 year old boy. Im really athletic and fit but I have soccer thighs. Theyre big and mostly muscular and i just want to know if theres ways to tone them a bit. I have no access to any weight machines but I do run and have a pair of StrengthSystem shoes. Thanks

When you say tone them, do you mean make them leaner or stronger? If you don't like that they're "big and mostly muscular" then you should just do cardio of any kind. If you want to improve your strength you should grab a couple of dumbbells or grocery bags full of cans or something heavy and do lunges. If you don't know what those are you take long steps where you have your front leg at about a 45 degree angle and your back leg is lowered deep and almost touching your knee to the ground. Walk up and down your hallway like that with some weight (dumbbells if you got 'em). You can also do squats with some weights held at your side. Just lower yourself in a sitting motion until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Not any deeper, that can put your knees at risk. Keep you back flat, not rounded and that will help your thighs and your glutes (butt). You could also do straight-legged deadlifts with a fairly small amount of weight. This is done by keep your legs straight and bending over until you are almost touching the ground in front of you. Then raise your torso up with your hamstrings and lower back. Keep your upper back and legs straight. Keep the weight small until you get used to the motion. You should feel it in your hamstrings if you're doing it right.
