| Sorry, no free lunch. You don't gain it fast so you can't lose it safely and permanently fast either. Hoodia can be dangerous so avoid it. Increase your exercise by walking at least 3 times per week. It doesn't matter how fast just move the mass over the distance. A fit person can usually do about 3 miles in 45 minutes without puffing and sweating. Cut out seconds and don't overfill your plate the first time around. Avoid floury stuff and sweets and fill up on dark green leafy and orange or yellow veggies. Eat them raw as much as possible. More lean protien and fresh fruit. Low fat dairy if you can tolerate it . Lots of adults don't digest lactose well so make a yogurt drink with icewater, a little sweetener of your choice and a dash of hot pepper. Hang in there you are teaching yourself new habits that you want to keep for a lifetime. |
