I only eat once a day at 4:00 pm would it be a bad idea to take the Curvelle diet pill?

I work out for 30 minutes everynight, and only eat about one meal a day along with maby a few bites here and there. I know its unhealthy but, im just ready to lose weight ive lost 5 lbs already in about 1 1/2 weeks by not eating so much. Just curious on health experts opinions, or any experienced dieters. Thanx!

You are making yourself so unhealthy. The second you stop starving yourself, your body will pack on the weight until you look like a baby elephant. Your body does this because of thousands of years of evolution. No drug can avoid this. Try eating a few small regular meals. Your blood sugar will be a lot better, and you will lose heaps of fat, not muscle.Those 5 pounds you've lost are muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you are asleep. The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn at rest.The only fast way to lose weight is by amputating your legs.

Please take care of yourself. The problems you are headed for are not worth any weight loss initially. I mean by the unhealthy way you are going about it. I don't know much about that Curvelle diet aid. I read about it in First magazine. You have to have meals in order to take it as directed. I am finding success on the Kimkins plan. Also, drinking alot of water and taking Omega-3 (salmon oil) daily and a womens' multi vitamin with iron. Good luck to you.
