How do they make you feel? |

Yes, Die pills are the answer. If the questions is, How can I get rid of some extra cash that will do absolutley nothing for me?If the question is, how can I relieve some stress, become more physically fit and feel good about myself? Then the answer is simply, Workout. Get a routine and manage it.

diet pills do nothing. The people who make them, just want you to buy them. They might do stuff if you exercise and eat healthful, but eating and doing things normally, they won't do much of anything.

Hunger suppressants like ephendrine are not a great idea for loosing weight because skipping meals can unwittingly 'trick' your body into slowing down its metabolism in an attempt to conserve calories where limited fuel is available. So eat every day when your hungry, or you will just get fatter.Green tea, it's good for your heart, and cardiovascular excersise can help you burn some excess fat.

I took diet pills for 3 months. I quit taking them one day because I woke up in the middle of the night to my heart beating faster than it ever has in my life. I felt like it was going to burst out of my chest. I would say if you want to take pills (don't) but if you must - try CLA. It is a clinically proven way to shrink fat cells. But no diet pill is worth it or even really useful unless you're dieting and exercising. I understand a lot of people think they don't have enough time to exercise, but even if you can squeeze 45 minutes of cardio in a day 3 days a week you'd see a significant change with a change in your diet.

I have tried many diet pills and have never used any that work. Most of the time, you don't feel different after taking them. Some pills can give you headaches, make you irritable, or make your heart rate increase.I also know how hard it is to diet and exercise enough to lose weight. Don't get discouraged. Good luck!

yes, i have tried them before but also was going to the gym, i lost 15lbs in 2 months. you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle forever after you lose the weight or it will come back, sometimes more than you even lost in the first place. i wouldnt bother with the pills if you dont have time to exercise tho
