does anyone know what this weight loss shot is that people are now getting?

my best friend and i were saying we'd like to lose 10-20 lbs...... she brought up that these people she works with that were very overweight went to this place and got some type of shot and they all lost a lot of weight!! i'm 5'4 and about 135 lbs, last year i was 125, i'd like to be about 120...... i went online and tried to figure out what the shot was, i found something about a b-12 shot with some kind of pills..... i can't remember the name of them..... if this is the weight loss shot all these people are getting where can i get it and is there a weight limit at which you can't get it??? like for instance i'm not overweight and they think i'm crazy???
