its probably because: when u first start a change in activity or diet, your body is not used to it so it makes some changes .ie. losing weight, but when u carry on doing the same thing it gets used to it and stops making the changes *losing weight* try another change in diet.. it might work!

your bodies adapting to the exercisesyou should change the exercises you are doing or change the order you are doing them inyou may have noticed probably that the exercises have been getting easier, well. you need to use F.I.Tfrequency, intensity, or time to kick start your metabolism stuff. so increase one of the 3 factors.. such as increase how many times you do it every week ex: change 3 times a week to 5 times a weekintensity- how hard;; ex: running 1 mile, change to 1.5 milestime: how fast; ex: you jog 2 laps in 5 min. well try 3 in 5 min..increasing or changing your routines may help you lose those pounds..

Well done on your weight loss! You've probably reached a plateau because you are still doing exactly the same - your body is used to your regime and has acclimatised to it. Also, now you are smaller, you burn fewer calories when you exercise. To kick start more loss, you could add more exercise - maybe add something different that you don't normally do, or increase the level of exercise you currently do. Keep going and good luck!

you will find that you lose the most weight to start with as this is a portion your "excess weight" (im gatering you arent very skinny) after you lose a lot of weight the weight lose decreases. you may also find your weight goes up a bit as muscle weighs more than fat. your body will find a weight it is happy at and it will be hard to shift it down from that.as my gym instructor said weight isnt something that really is acurate for fitness etc. you should look at your clothes to see how much you have lost and maybe get someone to use calapers on you to test your bmi to see how you are doing.if you think about weight only - some rugby players are morbidly obese but are fitter than most people! which shows that weight isnt a thing to go by on its own.if you insist on losing some more weight try eating a protein packed diet as your body doesnt like using it for energy as its hard work. so lots of fish and lean meat. dont eat a lot of bread or high carb food as it bulks you out.

This is because you have reached to weight loss plateau stage Rebecca. Weight loss plateau is very common in people who are trying to loss weight. when you are trying to loss weight, you will be more probably reaching this stage, but you can avoid this frustrating stage by keeping few things in mind. Don’t go for the transient reduction in your calorie intake, it will keep you from getting the nutrients you need. Try to gradually increase your physical activity and go for moderate type of exercise and have reasonable expectations with your diet plan. Drink lots of water to hydrate your body and eat more fruits but don’t over do it because fruits also have calories. If you want further assistance in your weight loss, visit this store.
