I am new to working out, but wanted to get started to lose some weight. What's the best way to establish a routine? How many days per week should I go? Any other tips or weight loss advice is welcomed, since I have no idea what I'm doing! Thanks in advance!

I explained this all for free in an e-book. All you need to do is download and give it a go. Don't mean to come off cheesy here. Just check my link if you want it. Key elements to get you to your goals: - Be consistent (nothing is instant it takes time and discipline) - Be ready to embrace change (only you can make the best of a workout....no workout is perfect)- Surround yourself with positive (join social groups and get a training buddy that can keep you motivated)Goodluck

if u're looking to lsoe weight u will probably need to exercise 5 times a week for half an hour each. between jogging for 3 and light weight training ( u can find a lot of exercies online).try to make a habbit out of it until u lose the weight and then bring it down to 3 times a week. obviously all this wont work without a healthy diet. good luck.
