|
|
I have been eating healthy and exercising but I seem to only lose a few pounds. I am trying really hard to stick with it but not seeing real results is starting to depress me and make me lose motivation. Do those colon cleansers work? If so does anyone know a good brand to use? I know losing weight slowly is the best way but this snails pace is so depressing maybe even just 5-10 lbs would make me feel better instead of 1-3 lbs. Help please!

Cut out your weakness food for a month. For me, it was pizza and cereal. I cut them out for a month, and began to get really thin! Just make sure that this weakness food ISN'T bad for you. Otherwise, you may skip out on much needed nutrients.

I know it is tough, but if you are losing more than two pounds a week every week, you are going to risk damage to your body. The best thing that I did to stay on track was enlist someone to work out and lose weight with me. It is a lot easier to stray if you do not have someone else helping you along.

Understand that when one attempts to lose weight by excercise you are also building muscle which weighs more than fat.

You should stick to what you are doing. Try to drink more water and exercise more than you are. If you were doing 3 days a week try 4 days a week. Those colon clense things will only make you lose water weight not fat so they are useless. The only natural ways to lose fat are to sweat and pee so do some more sweating and some more peeing and you'll drop a few pounds more easily.

Ok, if you can eat yogart. Eat a Yoplay Whipped Yogart about 10 mins before your meals. That will fill you up faster, and cause you to eat less at dinner. Also cutting out ALL SODAS and red meat. Also anything with corn syrup. Corn Syrup, found in chips and many unhealthy foods makes the stomach think its not hungry so you keep eatting. Also, don't eat after 8 pm. I know a lot of people say 9 but trust me 8 helps keep you in focus. Lots of water, and walking. Walking is the number 1 thing to do. Fruit and a diet of that will literly drop the weight. My friend lost 20 pounds when he stopped drinking soda.

The best diet I know of is the Zone Diet. I lose about 2 to 3 lbs a week! You also really feel good and calm. Things just sort themselves out and most of your daily probems tend to vanish. The ecosonoids that a really extremely balanced diet creates puts you in a zone, like athletes get into when they run. This hormone is the basic hormone that regulates all the others. By controlling it and deliberately creating it, you get into optimum health, lose weight and your life is transformed like you were in the Tao where you are no longer in conflict with anything. It's truely amazing! Give it a try.

Doing a three day cleanse is a good way to jumpstart a diet. You can find a couple juice or raw ones online. One i like is for three days you eat only raw, uncooked, vegetables and fruit. Any fruit juices you drink have to be fresh squeezed because on this cleanse you can't have any preservatives or additives. Your encouraged to eat small portions all day long and eat only the vegetables and fruit your body responds to. You can add small amounts of nuts for energy. This cleanse will give you energy and is a good quick start to a diet.

You find yourself regretting all those McDonald's hamburgers you've eaten in the past huh? Don't feel ashamed because you are not alone. As a matter of fact the number of people who go through this is incredibly high. You know what though. I think you are a beautiful creation just the way you are and there isn't a need to change who you are. However, if you find that you must lose weight honestly what you are doing right now is the best method for that. I know it can get depressing but consider this. If you complete this think about what your result might be in say 2 years? Let's take it from a math standpoint. Let's say you lose 5 pounds every two weeks. There are 52 weeks in a year so 26 (half of 52) times 5 pounds is 130 lbs (26 x 5 = 130). So let's say you only lose 5 pounds a month. There's 12 months in a year so yearly you would lose 60 pounds (12 x 5 = 60). In two years you would lose 120 pounds. So if your current weight is 250 (my weight) then in two years on the 5 pounds a month method you will be 130 pounds (250 - 120 = 130). Just try to stick to your guns and do this. Once you reach your goal you will feel very confident about yourself. I know because my weight use to be 310 pounds. I'm actually doing the 5 pounds a month thing. So I've lost roughly 60 pounds since last November. So by next November my weight should be 190 pounds. Then for me I'd continue until my weight was about 165 pounds which would be an additional 5 months of losing weight. So within a year and 5 months I should be 165 lbs. At that time I will find a diet that can help me maintain the 165 lbs as I don't want to become too skinny, but I don't want to gain the weight back either. And continuous exercise is a must. Running/jogging/walking, sit-ups, push-ups (muscle building), crunches, jumping jacks, exercise bike or ride a bike, swimming, all these things are good for losing weight. However, it's like I said, you are beautiful already so don't worry about it. >8P
