| Honestly, the best workout for weight loss is any type of cardio. Any activity that makes your heart beat faster, makes you breathe harder, and makes you really build up a sweat is best!I've read a lot about how walking is wonderful for weight loss; I don't have any experience with it personally but if you need to start somewhere, give it a try! I'm a fan of running, and I find that it does help the weight come off when I combine it with a healthy diet and also some strength training.If you're not already doing some sort of cardio activity, start with walking -- try to do 60 minutes a day, it could be all at once or just fit it in whenever you can throughout the day. Add in some weight lifting so build up muscle and continue to burn off fat. Good luck! |

| Cardio will help you shed weight along with a good eating plan. Aim for 45-60 mins of cardio (maybe 15 mins on stationary bike, 15 mins on elliptical, 15 mins on treadmill, whatever you want). If you don't have access to a gym, go out and walk for that long after dinner. |
