I am only 17 but i am 5'6" and 220 pounds. I exercise and eat somewhat healthy but i can't seem to lose weight and i have so much on my plate to even remember to exercise some days - between my newborn, fiance, finishing school, planning a wedding, taking care of my son - its crazy. would weight loss pills be a good option and what pills really work?

If they worked, everyone would be thin. Just stick with exercise and diet, don't waste your money.

Please dont do diet pills.... I at one point became addicted to them... the more you take the more your body requires for them to work... Plus some pills can really be harmful to your body... I remember feeling super jittery like my heart was going to beat outta my chest... you just need to make time to excercise and workout... I promise you diet pills dont help!

NO, I took diet pills and lost weight, when I gained it back I gained 20 more pounds than I was before. The doctor says it tells your body your starving and it goes into save your self. Then when eventually you do have to go off them or they stop working after a while the weight comes back plus more.Wish I would have nevver took diet pills.

you sound like your unders so much pressure at the moment, i would stay away from diet pills the only ones that seem to work seem to have ephidren in them and they affect your heart rate and out you in such a bad mood its not worth it, you can get good results fairly quickly eating alow carb diet and stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed and make your last meal protein. excercise if you can i got great results from doing the 20 min work out at home from a book called the 20 min fat burn by matt roberts in about 3 weeks i lost 6 kilos.

I would stay away from diet pills. I took them for years, and they can screw up your body if you are not careful. You have enough stress, and you don't need to take anything that will put more stress on your heart.Watch what you eat and try to stay active. I know you have a lot to do, but see if you can have your friends and family help you in those things too.
