Most people I know are on diets. And I'm also a little chunky. I'm not like huge, but I could stand to lose 15 or 20 pounds. Anyway, it always looks SO EASY for them to lose 2 pounds a week and keep it ALL off, then be ready to go for the next week. I am lucky to lose 1 pound or two, then no matter how hard I try, I always gain at least a pound of it back over the weekend. Another annoying thing is that they don't exercise either (neither to do I. I tried stretching and stuff but I only ended up adding in inch to my thighs).... HOW can I lose weight (2 pounds a week) and keep it off for the next week?? PLEASE don't tell me about exercising or diet pills. I don't have any time whatsoever, and I diet pills are bad for you. I don't care how else I do it. I just want it off.I lost weight once. But then I gained it back over the year (this year was really bad...No matter how hard I tried, I could never seem to lose it and keep it off). Now, I want to lose it and keep it off for good....Also, my thighs and hips are really big. If I lose enough weight, will they stop being so big (and possibly look like this??)... http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=253317&CategoryID= 28589&LinkType=EverGreen

Don't diet. Just eat healthy and make it a lifestyle change, not something that you do for a week or weekend. It's ok to cheat once in awhile, as long as you get back on track.

Don't forget vitamins!Try:Breakfast: Cheesy scrambled egg, whole wheat toast with fruit jam, yogurt, and a banana... or cereal with orange juice and some kind of fruit.Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, honeymustard, tomato, and 1% cheese on a whole wheat roll and fruit.Dinner: Rice, green beans, and meat. Drink milk, juice, or water. If you get full, stop eating, and if you get hungry, have a snack, like a granola bar or a piece of fruit

all of the current research done on obesity is showing that those that may have the genetic predisposition for easy weight gain/obesity can not successfully manage the weight through diet alone. weight loss can be achieved through a reduced calorie diet but eventually the body will decrease the metabolic rate EVEN slower and weight gain will occur. this is why many gain weight or can not lose weight even when on a reduced calorie diet. you have to realize that human beings are animals and animals are not designed to be sedentary, no animal on this planet is. when the lifestyle is sedentary there is nothing but a negative effect on the health and metabolic rate, this is seen across every animal species on the planet.so you have to make the choice to either change your lifestyle to include regular exercise or just be fat for the lifespan.

its not about food. its about changing your internal picture of yourself. you have whats equivalent to what a bad software in your head. you need to replace that with some mental pictures of how you want to be. pracitce getting into a realxed state and use visual imagy, to rehearse healthy eating and life style. get a good picture of how you wanna look. do this many times a day, and the weight will fall off. good luck i hope this helps.
