| I probably eat better than 90% of the US - tons of vegetables, very little fat, no cholesterol, and I exercise several times a week, but for some reason I cannot shake off the lbs! I do not have a thyroid problem and I am not diabetic. I would like to lose 30-40 lbs. Is there a pill out there that actually works? If it must be prescription, is there a type of doctor who can prescribe me a medicine that can help with weight loss? (I tried bariatrics, but turns out those doctors only work with really obese people who need gastric bypasses) Or if you know of something else that doesn't really deal with the typical 'diet and exercise' because I'm already doing a lot of it.. Thanks |

| You're probably stressing over nothing. you don't need to lose weight. Most people think that losing wait is supposed to be that in the end your like a super model, but come on!! To tell the truth they look half dead!!! Now who would want to look like that + starve themselves? |

| try taking 1 bronkaid (asthma medicine w/ 25mg ephedrine), 1 200mg caffeine pill and 81 or 325mg aspirin together 2-3 times a day. it's called an eca stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin). i got all 3 at cvs. it works really well when you cycle them 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (taking benadryl on the off weeks can "reset" the receptors more quickly). and i also cycle clenbuterol. diet pills in stores are useless. |
