hey ppl:I wanna be a professional cricketer so I have relly made a commitment to go to the gym and lift weights and cardio as well to lose weight. I am about 5-10 and look like 6 feet when wearing shoes and I weigh like 80kgs so I don't look like obese or really chubby and girls still like me and stuff but I wanna lose this fat from me and get a flat stomach-possibly abs?? SO i have have been doing cardio like running on the treadmill for 10-15 minutes and then bike and basically try to burn 500 calories. I normally set te exercise to burn about 200 calories for bike or running and combine them to get 500 plus-and I also life weights as well-So I wanna know when will I see like visible RESULTs where my stomach goes down and I can see VEINS in my muscles and stuff and my face becomes smaller. HOW LONG PPL??its driving me nuts-I am 18 and I go to the gym ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours. ANd i try to eat healthy like chikcen sandwiches(chicken breast)Tips on using gym if any??

All you have to do to lose weight is eat healthy, drink a lot of water. Don't overdo it though, you could hurt yourself. I guess you could see the results in a few days or weeks

your diet will determine the rate at which you see physical changes to your body. exercise only provides the neccessary stimulus to the muscles and central nervous system. the quality and quantity of the foods that you ingest have a direct effect on the endocrine system and the endocrine system governs the human body. you need to include a sizable portion of a lean protein with each meal. you should have high fiber low GI carbs in the first 2 meals then taper the carb intake down as the day progresses. at night meals should be proteins with vegetables and some healthy fats.breakfastegg whites/oatmeal/fruitsnackfruit/peanut butterlunchpoultry/rice or poultry beanssnackbeef jerky or mixed nuts/seedsdinnerfish/vegetables/saladsnacklow fat cottage cheese
