You need more food, this is a crash diet, and as soon as you eat normally again, all the weight you lost, plus more, will pile back on.Just eat healthily and regularly, do not deny your body of fuel! And do a little exercise. If you are truly concerned that you are overweight, see your doctor and they can help.

I think you need to eat more, especially breakfast. Maybe a piece of fruit and toast for breakfast, and a light salad for lunch..... either way what you're doing isn't healthy and I doubt you recieve your required calorie intake per day. i suggest you see a dietrician or your regular doctor

That sounds like an awesome plan, though I'd check with a doctor to make sure you can mix all of those diet pills. The only concerns I have is that you may not be eating enough and that your exercise routine may get boring. Make sure that you do not deprive yourself of anything or you will end up binging. Perhaps you should encorporate some jogging, biking, or swimming into your exercise so you don't burn out.Good luck!
