| inorder to lose my weight from 133 down to 105, i can't reduce my weight even i'm i'm diet. i actually realize that reducing my weight causes me weak especially when we have a sparring that's why i can't move forward or be aggressive..can yu give me some tips and advice to maintain my physical ability to lift it up,be strong and to have a self confident. |

| eat lots of fiber, whole bread and cereals, vegetables and fruit and some meat, preferably fish. You don't have to cut your calorie intake, just make smarter food choices. |

i would think a high fiber diet would be good my be doing more weights to build your mussel tone would help and then you would be more confident .Personally i would wait until i got to my ideal weight and built my body up before doing any sparring ,that way you are at your ideal weight your mussel strenght will be in better shape and you should have more confidence in your self hope all gos well for you  |
