| Im 15 years old and 5'7 right now i weigh 119 -121 pounds. I really want to be in the theater area and i know you gotta look thin. I exercise I do cardio and Pilates plus a bunch of other stuff . I just dont know if my weight is muscle or fat. Such as when im doing crunches on my yoga ball my somatch is hard as a rock , but when i stand up it isnt. ( My doctor says its loose skin , i lost over 60 pounds but was forced to gain some back) So if someone can please tell me whats a good weight for me i would be very greatful !thanks |

| You sound thin, you shouldn't lose any more weight. Just focus on strength and tone. |

| The perfect weight range for a person who is 5'7 is 121-147. You need to fall right in the middle of that, probably aout 135 |

| Weight really depends on a lot of different factors. If you have a lot of muscle, you are going to weigh more. If you're 5'7 and only weigh 120 then you are probably thin enough. You don't want to look anorexic. If you're worried about the extra skin, just work on toning up. |

| See it really dependes on your height and if your 5"7 you should be around 130-150 pounds 160 the most. |
