I've been doing a lot of running but I'm afraid that the majority of the weight I've been losing is muscle since it's coming off so quickly. Any advice?

You need to eat a balanced diet according to your age, gender and how physically active you are. To burn fat our metabolism needs fuel which is food. Steer clear of saturated fats or simple carbohydrates what you need to do is eat similar to an athlete but less energy of course to lose weight. Your calories should never be below 1200 per days as this causes your body 2 go into starvation mode and as a result your metabolism slows down making your body hold on to the fat. Also don't push yourself to hard weight loss should be a few kilos a week from fat and not muscle or water loss. Run with consistency. For professional advice consult a GP or dietitian.

Eat lots of lean protein, 1g of protein for every 1lb of lean body mass. Also do strength training 3 times a week.
