| I have a party to attend on the 23 of december I would like to loose some weight for the party but I dont know how to do it I already run daily for about 30 to 45 minutes and I eat healthier what else can I do? |

| Drastic but if you really are committed to losing this weight then I would say the cabbage soup diet. its tough but I've dropped 10lbs in a week before...DONT DO IT FOR MORE THAN A WEEK THOUGH, have a break in between of say 3 days. you'll prob re gain the weight fairly quickly after though.If not its just going to have to be the good old fashioned dieting and exercise until you get to your ideal weight. Plenty of CV i.e. cycling, running, boxing, swimming, spinning is a great way to burn calories - up to 700 per 1 hour class.Dont cut carbs completely out your diet though especially if you're going to be training or you'll fall over!Good luck chick! Just remember the final goal to keep you motivated! |
