| My sister is 14 and weighs 5'7 3/4 and she weighs 225 pounds. She is wants to lose all of her weight by the time August comes around. She wants to be down to atleast 155 but 125 would be her ideal weight. In jean sizes she would like to shop at Abercrombie, and Hollister so she would like to be atleast a size 5 a size 3 would be ideal. right now she is a size 18 at Old Navy and she is tired of it. She wants to fit into everything at the stores and not feel discourouged every time she goes to put something on. My parents say that if she can lose the weight they will let her dye her hair. She wants to dye it light brown to go along with her new look. if you think I'm talking about me I'm not(I'm 11 and I weigh 110) I'm happy with my weight. Will my sister lose the weight everywhere sience she is so young. Including will she go down 1-2 cup sizes(she is a c right now) and will she lose it in her thighs, stomach, calves(she wants them to be straight not straight) thighs, and face, and armsit's not that her face is fat. she doesn't have a double chin or anything she would just like it to be more toned. She wants to be able to wear a bikini w/out feeling self concious and to be able to look awesome in her pictures. I think that she has the face for a model and if she lost weight she could be a model(she wants to be one when she grows up) she thinks that the reason that she got cut from the sports team was because she wasn't fast enough, because she couldn't keep up w/the other kids. My sister and I both swim and were both involved with volleyball. Also will my sisters stomach not stick out so much from the front and the sides. She broke her leg over the summer and was laid up for 5 months so she gained like 70-90 pounds. she would be much happier if she could lose the weightupper and lower armsupper and lower legsby the way were both small-medium(average) buildMy sister used to be really skinny and she says that she will excersise for an hour a day per day, and she'll take her lunch to school, and eat right. before she broke her leg she was like 150 she wants to be back to that or below thatThe bone doctor said that my sisters bones have fused, but I think that if she loses weight she could grow a little bit tallerOn our summer team my sister always feels self-concious because the other girls are so much smaller than her. |

| She needs to try a recording that my wife's doctor recommended to my wife. She ordered it online from a company called Independent Achievement Productions. It worked with minimal effort. Only listening to it 20 minutes a day. She lost most of her weight within 3 months. Just retraining her mind to think differently about food. |
