which way will lose weight faster/ burn more calories1) eating 5 small meals a day =to 1350 calories and running 3 miles 5 days per week OR2) eating 3 regular sized meals a day =to 1350 calories and running 3 miles 5 days per week

1 especially if you add in a cheat day every 3 or 4 days to rev ur metabolism back up. If your body thinks you are starving it it'll fight like hell to hold onto fat
