has any one used weight loss tablets. and if you have what ones and did they really work. i want to lose weight fast.i am not a big girl. i work out a lot but i have to fit in to a dress in 2 weeks and its a bit tight. i need help

look nikita i wouldent use sliming tablets they are dangerous,,my advice would be just to cut down on wat u eat,its not hard u can have a treat once a week its best to do it propleyu then u know your safe . x take care

The only weight you'll lose is in your wallet. There is nothing healthy and sactioned by the FCC that can burn off weight without the patient lifting a finger. If you really want to lose weight, step away from the fast- and junk food, stop being lounging around, and be active.

If you lose weight fast, you could be storing trouble for yourself. The pills will be full of stimulants similar to speed, only legal. Don't do it. You will lose weight if you change your diet and that is much safer.

"Weight Loss" pills do Not work. There is no such thing as a magical pill.Stop looking for an easy way out. I'm trying to say it as nicely as I can. Though there is nothing magical about losing weight, I understand that it is not easy. The most effective way to lose weight (and to keep it off) is to lose it at a slower pace. You do NOT want to lose weight fast; the faster you lose it, the better chance you have of gaining it all back.Try changing your diet. Gradually take fast/junk food out of your diet (if you can't take it all out at once), and try doing about 30-45 minutes of exercise daily. You'll start feeling (and looking) better in no time.

I recommend that you do a liquid diet instead, its a fast and safe way to lose weight fast.!you only eat liquid foods such as soup, yogurts and ice-polls. it may sound hard but its pretty healthy.you should also go to the gym atleast 3 times a week.
