Goodness, it seems your parents can stand to learn from you. They are basically slowly killing themselves and attempting to kill you with their diet of junkfood. Your mom is quite uneducated to think that you could be anorexic. Clearly she has become accustomed to a bad diet and in turn beleives this is the only way to eat but you know better. Since you are 15, you should continue to eat and prepare your own food. Talk to your parents about your concerns regarding their diets. Diabetes and heart disease are right around the corner for them if they do not change their eating habits.

Yeah, hit the library and check out some books on diet and fitness. Also have a sit-down with your family doctor...maybe he can straighten these people out. In the meantime, there's always portion control. Don't fill up on the crap they make you eat...get by on the bare minimum. I can only assume they're not backward enough to force-feed you...K ;o)

Depends on what your goals are. Weight is not everything. Muscle weighs more than fat does believe it or not. I also am a bodybuilder. I am 5'8" 225 lbs. But my waist is also only 34". According to my doctor and the government I am morbidly obese even though I am not fat. Building muscle requires insane amounts of calories so eating all the time is not all bad.

Good for you! You're definitely not anorexic: your BMI is 24.9, which is just 0.1 points under being overweight. You could try showing this to your parents to prove it. Enter your measurements into http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bminojs.htm or http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm.Swimming is a nice low-impact activity - ask your doctor if it will be ok to do gentle swimming to strengthen your leg. Apart from that, prepare your own food when you can, and when you can't, just eat a small portion of what your parents give you, and don't have anything else with fat in that day. Eggs are not actually that bad, as long as they're not fried. They make you feel full for longer. It sounds like you definitely know what you're doing. Just one thing: don't get too heavily into weights while you're still growing, or you could stunt your growth. My cousin claims he stunted his that way.
