| I am slightly overweight not like 50 pounds over weight or anything just enough to the point were im self concious. & don't be like "ahh ur not fat you don't need to lose wieght blah blah blah crap." Cause i don't need to hear that lie again. On some website BMI's it says i'm "at risk" not overwieght but "at risk" and some same im average- on the verge of being at risk blah blah. So i need some GOOD excersize tips or stuff like that that will help me lose wieght. I already play every sport possible and all but nothing is happening to my body. I eat fairly healthy - i definitely eat healthy compaired to people in my school-so i need something that works whether it's an excersize or equipment or site or whatever. I'LL DO ANYTHING.Just please.I need help.No bullcrap thank you very much. Im kinda in a bad mood already. =|OK listen. I said I eat healthy. I HATE: fast food, oily food, soda, seltzer (etc), fried food, candy, most deserts, fatty foods, all that junk. I hate it already so i need something better than that I ALREADY know that |

| Are you getting enough sleep 8 or 9 hours a night? Are you drinking 8 glassess of water a day? Are you bringing your heart rate up for 1 hour a day most days of the week? Are you fighting stress cause stress hormones contribute to fat retention? Have you tried yoga it helps tone your body and core, less fat around the waist. Get a yoga DVD and incorporate that several times a week. |

| First...post a pic and get evaluated. It's tough, but a first step. Next...eliminate all carbs, like the sugar drinks, cakes, candy,Big Macs and pasta. No diet drinks...what they put in them can make you depressed. |
