| im 13 yrs old, 122 lbs and 5'1. i eat alot of junk and i have a ridiculous amount of belly fat, and love handles :(how would i loose this weight? im trying 2 b more active and change my dieting but is there anything else that i can do to speed up the weith loss process? |

| You have a normal weight. You don't need to lose weight. Just eat healthy and exercise regularly. |

| Just don`t get obsessed with the weight. Try not to eat so much sugar , eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Once you get used to healthy eating you will find out that you can eat and still loose weight. it is difficult to get used to it but if you try you will like it and enjoy it. |

| Cut down on the junk (as you have mentioned you are already doing) exercising more- ride a bike, dance, walk, run... With you not being awfully big to begin with, eating more healthy foods, and exercising will help you lose more weight, and keep it off as well. |
