swimming is some of the best cardio resistance to lose weight, that is if your close to somewhere to go swimming. try to eat a few hundred calories less then you are now if your trying to lose weight. eat 6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 big ones to keep the metabolism goin. EAT GREEN AND DRINK WATER. eat all clean foods, no mcdonalds

I think the easiest excercise to stick with is a sport that you enjoy. I used to jog everyday but it got boring really fast. Now I play tennis and I just love it. I get a great workout but I don't even notice cause I'm so involved in the game.

Walk. It gets you places, doesn't require gas, maintenance, or insurance. It burns calories, tones and firms the legs, waist and buns.As for diet, try several small "meals" (that is, snack size, not super-sized) that include high fiber and protein. The key is to burn more calories than you consume.

Weight Watchers.... It's the only diet I've tried that I can still eat chocolates and all the yummy stuff I want. It also helps you to train yourself when you are full to stop eating. You can buy a pack (gives u books, magazine sub for a year, point calculator, diary tracker, ect.) from the website that's about $130, but it has really helped me. An I am happy with their food too. :DGood luck!

hi, well when i diet i try to eat the right carbs & i also switch to splenda cuz sugar is very fattening. for exercising i found by walking a half hour a day on the beach or parking lot or high school field when school is out that it toned me up & if u walk everyday u will find yourself trying to go farther each time. if u walk in the sand it shows up faster too. so count your carbs & try to not eat more than 35 carbs a day & walk i think u will love it. bb, nobrethequeen

Variety is extremely important. However diets don't just happen, you need to find something you are interested with and it has to be something that you can stick with.I have helped many people diet before and you need to realise that doing things to the extreme, like cutting out all of your favourite food and eating on vegetables will not work. We all crave certain things and that triggers breakdowns, which result in feeling worthless and in most cases, giving up on the diet.In relation to Exercise, it depends on what you are targeting, however I personally think you should get into a team sport with some friends, exercise and have fun at the same time, sounds perfect hey?

If you're looking for something easy, hands down, walking is the thing to do.It's not so much that either yoga or pilates is easier to stick with than the other. The exercise that is easiest to stick with is the one you enjoy doing! My suggestion is, take the focus off of not being healthy and what you did or didn't do in the past. Ask yourself what you need to do right now to have fun and challenge yourself so you feel (and know) you are making progress. Besides being healthy, what are your goals? Do you want to run a marathon? Do you want to learn how to box or dance? Do you want to be more flexible? Do you want to be stronger? Have more energy?Figure out what you want and what most appeals to you and then find a workout that best fits what you need.
