| i have been told to eat more but it never works. I want to be 50 kg and I am always eating but I never put on weight and I cant run or ride my bike anymore because I am underweight. What can I do? Please Help! |

| exercise and eat a balenced diet and your own daily calorie intake, that should be enough if you lose weight from there see your docter dont just get the munchies and stuff loads of food down ur throat it doesent work like that |
