i have been told to eat more but it never works. I want to be 50 kg and I am always eating but I never put on weight and I cant run or ride my bike anymore because I am underweight. What can I do? Please Help!

Try weighing yourself in Lbs.....your weight will just about double instantly!!!

Bodybuilding. Muscle weighs more than fat and so the more muscle you put on the more you will gain and gain healthier than pigging out.

exercise and eat a balenced diet and your own daily calorie intake, that should be enough if you lose weight from there see your docter dont just get the munchies and stuff loads of food down ur throat it doesent work like that
