It might be because of a fast metabolism.I would suggest going to a dieting store and ask about something to help you put on weight.

you should accept your weight. lots of people would love to be you right now so you should be happy that you are 48kg. Been obsess over your weight is not healthy...try to open minded about your weight and see what is the real issue that you don't like your weight and little by little and try to fix it

I would suggest adding more fat to your diet. Not the unhealthy fat like junk food, but more healthier fats like avocados, whle milk, nuts, etc. Also, eat consistently. Eat every 2-3 hours. But remember, it's not about eating more it's about eating good quality food.

Okay. Well in pounds your about 95. And that is under weight. Try not to exercise so much (don't stop, just cut down) and try to add more sugar and fat to your diet. Try to avoid anything that is low calorie or low carbohydrate foods.

Of course, eating junk food would be the most fun way to do it...Although, it would probably be a lot healthier to do it by eating more good fats and calories (like avocado and nuts). If you eat the junk foods to gain weight, you'll certainly have no problem putting on the weight, but your cholesterol may also go up, which isn't healthy.

Of course as any health-care professional would tell you, you should always maintain a balanced diet so that your body is getting the right amounts of protein, vitamins, minerals, etc. BUT . . . if you increase the amount of carbohydrates in your diet (bread, potatoes, rice, etc) you should find that you increase your weight. You could also supplement your diet with protein drinks like Complan, but these are expensive and I personally never found them any good: I was always underweight as a kid and stayed this way well into my early twenties; when all my friends were crash-dieting to lose a few pounds, I was desperately trying to gain weight - nothing seemed to work. As I got older the range of foodstuff that I would eat grew, and eventually I began to put on weight naturally. Also when I was a kid I would eat loads of junk-food and my friends were jealous 'cos I never ever gained weight (but I was really unhappy), whereas now i eat a (slightly healthier) balanced diet consisting of white meat, a little red meat still, dairy products, lots of veg, not as much fruit as I should and far too many crisps and i'm happy with my weight. I hope this info helps you: I emphasize totally 'cos I know being underweight can be just as frustrating and distressing (not to mention unhealthy) as being overweight is.If none of the above works you could hit the bottle! Lol, well its juss that Cider is full of calories and will quickly build a gut on any man or woman (with or without the consumption of food). And it makes weight-gain more fun.
