| What is the best cardio exercise to do on a bike. My stationary bicycle is a Life Cycle 4500. It goes from level 0 to 12. I've been reading that it is better to do shorter workouts but harder because it helps burn calories for longer so you'll lose fat quicker. So if I wanted to do that what levels should I be using and how long should I be doing the workout. (I also do resistance training every other day for strength) |

| For cardiac health you want to do between 30 minutes and 60 minutes (excluding warm-up and cool-down) from 3 to 7 times a week at a resistance level you would rate as "moderately hard". |
