| What is the best cardio exercise to do on a bike. My stationary bicycle is a Life Cycle 4500. It goes from level 0 to 12. I've been reading that it is better to do shorter workouts but harder because it helps burn calories for longer so you'll lose fat quicker. So if I wanted to do that what levels should I be using and how long should I be doing the workout. (I also do resistance training every other day for strength) |

| It isn't so much how horribly high the level is. But, you have to go for about 20 minutes or more to get true cardio effects from your workout. Then it is all about the distance that you are going! Go girl, go!When it feels like it is getting too easy, up the level! |
