What is the best cross-trainer and running shoe for someone with flat feet? I work out 5 to 6 times a week and it is getting to be difficult running and taking my weekly classes (kickboxing and boot camp).

Asics with the DuoMax instep. I have seriously flat feet and these have been the best for overpronators (roll feet inward) such as myself. Right now, I have the GT 2110 but I"m sure there is probably a newer version. Just remember to replace your shoes every 6 months or so because you can compress the innersole material and it loses its cushioning ability.

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me. You can check the website at http://www.thin-diet-fun.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!
