I am a very busy teacher ( 30 fifth graders and 3 grad school classes) and I know I have been neglecting myself. I am looking for really great home workout videos I could do before work or when I get home. I really love good dance music, so a cardio dvd with good music would be great. Also, I like to do yoga and pilates, so I am looking for a dvd for that as well. Any suggestions?
