| My friend is a fashion major and has a line in the schools winter show, December 1st. One of her models dropped out two days ago, and she called to ask me to walk in her show. I couldn't say no, she was so panicked.I've begun practicing in heels, but I'm now extremely aware of the pooch of my stomach. I wouldn't say I'm fat, but if you compare me to the other girls, I'm no waif. My question is, are there any temporary diets (I've read about water fasts, juice fasts, "eat this, not that" plans, etc.) that I could do for a few days to make me look more.... like a runway model, I guess. It's completely unhealthy, I am aware, but this is VERY temporary. I'm looking for food lists and exercise tips. Tell me what to do! (this completely sucks, what with Thanksgiving diner coming up). I'm not looking to be the thinnest girl, I just don't want to be referred to as "that really large girl" or "the black sheep on the catwalk" or what have you.Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. |

| Avoid salty food at all cost. Read all labels, if the sodium is higher than 550 mg in a serving, put it back.Drink as much water as you can hold. This will help flush your system.Last, be as active as possible. Park at the back of the parking lot, take the stairs, and devote at least an hour to cardio each day! |
